The minister of culture and information (Dr. Abd El Aziz Khougah) has launched “Asdaa Watani e-newspaper” at his office in Riyadh while meeting its chairman of the board and chief editor Mr. Salman El-Abd.
This e-newspaper is considered one of the important projects that has been designed and programmed by “Al-Badr Smart Systems”.
