In hatchery management, one of the most important operational stages is the sorting and delivering of chicks, as this step determines the quality, accuracy, and transparency of outgoing production. When employees handle the sorting and delivering properly in Al Badr Program, they help create a detailed and dependable record that reflects the real condition of each batch. This is why the system provides a dedicated page where users can document every detail related to the sorting and delivering, including output chicks, dead chicks, infertile eggs, transported damage, and selected chicks. By entering accurate information during the sorting and delivering, hatcheries can ensure that every delivered order reflects the actual production results rather than estimates or handwritten notes.

One of the biggest challenges in hatchery operations is maintaining accuracy, especially when multiple people handle different parts of the process. A standardized system for the sorting and delivering solves this challenge by ensuring that all team members follow the same workflow. When the responsible employee documents the sorting and delivering in the program, they help eliminate confusion about quantities, losses, or damaged items. Over time, this consistent documentation builds a clear record that management can rely on when reviewing performance or communicating with customers.

Another benefit of properly entering the sorting and delivering into the system is the improvement of tracking and transparency. Every batch is unique, and the results of each hatch vary depending on egg quality, supplier consistency, and incubation conditions. When employees record the sorting and delivering accurately, they create a traceable history that helps identify trends or recurring issues. This information can then be used to improve production quality, evaluate suppliers, or adjust incubation strategies.

Financial accuracy is also closely linked to the sorting and delivering. The program automatically calculates costs based on the documented quantities, which means that customers are billed fairly and clearly. If the sorting and delivering is not recorded correctly, the financial department may struggle with unclear totals or missing data. By ensuring that each step of the sorting and delivering is entered with precision, the program eliminates errors related to pricing, losses, and delivered quantities.

Customer relations also benefit greatly from a structured approach to the sorting and delivering. When a company receives a delivery, they expect to know exactly how many chicks were selected, how many were lost, and what the final hatching percentages are. By using the program to document the sorting and delivering, hatcheries provide customers with transparent and trustworthy information. This strengthens business relationships and reduces disputes or misunderstandings.

Finally, the clarity provided by documenting the sorting and delivering helps the hatchery team itself. New employees can easily understand previous records, managers can evaluate performance, and the production team can plan future cycles more accurately. In a busy hatchery environment where timing and accuracy are everything, the ability to document the sorting and delivering in a consistent, detailed, and automated way is essential for long-term success.
