Terms and Conditions
1- Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to any services provided by Badr Smart Systems, you fully agree to the following terms and conditions.
2- Content
2.1 – The website must not contain any material that violates Islamic teachings, hacking programs, instructions for illegal access, promotion of extremism or violence, or anything that contradicts the laws of Egypt, the United States, or any applicable regulations.
2.2 – Hosting of any confidential or prohibited material is strictly forbidden.
2.3 – Hosting of content protected under international trade laws is prohibited.
2.4 – Content that harms or threatens any individual or group is forbidden.
2.5 – Any form of spam or email bombs is prohibited.
2.6 – Services or activities that cause server downtime or performance degradation are prohibited.
2.7 – Each website may use a maximum of 15% of server resources.
2.8 – Badr Smart Systems reserves the right to delete all or part of any information hosted on the server deemed unwanted or in violation of this agreement. The client is responsible for maintaining backups; Badr Smart Systems is not liable for any data loss, including databases or emails, for any reason.
2.9 – Use of any unlicensed or pirated scripts or software on the website is prohibited.
2.10 – The client is responsible for maintaining a backup of their website.
2.11 – Unauthorized attempts to access other websites on the server are forbidden.
3- Indemnification
Anyone hosting a website with us agrees to hold Badr Smart Systems harmless from any legal action, damage, or loss caused by their website. Clients bear full legal, financial, and ethical responsibility for any damages caused, and Badr Smart Systems is not responsible for compensating clients for losses resulting from official actions (local or international).
4- Cancellation
Clients may cancel their hosting only via direct phone call. Badr Smart Systems is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from account termination, and clients are responsible for retaining backup copies as per clause 2.10.
5- Credit Card Usage
Using a credit card to book a domain or hosting implies that the user has full legal and financial authority to do so. Misuse, including stolen or unauthorized cards, may result in immediate cancellation of domain and hosting services without prior notice, and legal action may follow.
6- Data Transfer Limit
If a client exceeds their monthly data transfer allocation, the website will be suspended until the next billing cycle.
7- Mailing Lists
Each website may use a mailing list up to 3,000 addresses, sending no more than 150 emails per hour. Violations may result in site suspension or permanent deletion without compensation.
8- International Domains
International domain extensions (e.g., .uk, .eg) are subject to their respective registration rules and authorities. Badr Smart Systems is not liable for any issues, cancellations, or requests related to these domains.
- Service Fees
9.1 – All hosting, domain registration, and design fees must be prepaid by the client.
9.2 – Badr Smart Systems guarantees space and agreed specifications within 24 hours of receiving payment.
9.3 – Clients must pay all renewal fees at least 10 days before expiration. Non-payment may result in suspension or deletion of the website/domain.
9.4 – Clients may upgrade their plan by paying the difference.
9.5 – Prices are subject to change; clients cannot claim price differences.
9.6 – Any client found committing fraud or deception will have their subscription canceled.
10- Contact Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and email addresses. Cancellation requests must be made via direct phone call.
11- Legal and Financial Eligibility
Clients must have full legal and financial capacity. Only the registered client may request modifications, cancellations, or renewals.
12- General Privacy Policy
Badr Smart Systems does not reuse, distribute, or publish your data or the data on your website.
13- Technical Support
13.1 – Free support is limited to hosting issues only. Design, scripts, or software errors are not included and may require separate service fees.
13.2 – Badr Smart Systems is not responsible for errors caused by misuse of the website by clients or visitors.
14- Website Uptime Guarantee
Badr Smart Systems is not responsible for lost files or databases due to server issues. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups. Servers are guaranteed 95% uptime, and downtime below this will be compensated with additional service time.
15- Money-Back Guarantee
Annual or semi-annual hosting plans include a 55-day money-back guarantee.
Clients dissatisfied within 15 days of service activation may request a full refund, excluding domain registration/transfer fees, which are non-refundable. Transfer fees are borne by the client.
Guarantee does not apply to subscriptions shorter than six months or violations of these terms.
16- Pricing
Badr Smart Systems strives to offer the best prices, but reserves the right to:
- Adjust annual renewal fees.
- Adjust prices per country or client; price differences are not refundable.
17- Liability for Damages
Badr Smart Systems may claim compensation from clients for any material or moral damage caused by violating these terms or using scripts/software harming the company, its staff, or clients.
18- Agreement Acceptance
All terms are accepted upon service booking. Violations may result in site closure and a 200 EGP reopening fee.
19- Changes to Terms
Badr Smart Systems reserves the right to amend or modify these terms without prior notice.
